Happy Valentine's Day!
Whenever I think of Valentine's I think of red and pink. This year I wanted to challenge myself by limiting the creativity to one color and beauty photography. Why? Makeup, fashion styling and lighting were the key ingredients to explore and this it's a challenge on it's own. I wanted the results to look images you would find in Sephora or Ulta. This means I can't get too crazy dramatic with shadows and instead need to create with high key lighting. But how many times can you shape light to look bright and have a completely different outcome?

¡Feliz día de San Valentín!
Siempre que pienso en San Valentín tengo en cuenta el color rojo y rosa. Este año quería desafiarme limitando la creatividad a un solo color y fotografía de belleza. ¿Por qué? El maquillaje, el estilismo de moda y la iluminación fueron los ingredientes clave a explorar y esto es un desafío en sí mismo. Quería que los resultados parecieran imágenes que encontrarías en Sephora o Ulta. Esto significa que no puedo usar iluminacion muy oscura. Pero, ¿cuántas veces puedes moldear la luz para que parezca brillante y tenga un resultado completamente diferente?
